There are over 210 R&D personnel, covering such fields as auto design, auto engineering, computer software, mathematical statistics, economic analysis, vehicle insurance, auto maintenance, parts maintenance, etc. Among them there are 18 post-doctors, doctors and postgraduates, and 175 of those have Bachelor or above degrees in auto or relevant subjects.
